Return & exchange Policy
No refunds for all sales are final. Exchanges are acceptable.
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
If you need a different size, color, or product we recommend ordering that product while it is still available online and then returning the original item(s) that you would like to be credited for.
If you would like to exchange some or all of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number, and item(s) exchanging.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for the item(s) you decide to exchange. We cannot supply prepaid return labels.
Exchanges must occur within 7 days.
Exchanges items must be in NEW condition (unwashed, unworn, unsoiled, and free of odor or pet hair.) We will not accept your exchange if it does not meet the above requirements.

If you believe your item is damaged, please email email@example.com within 5 days of delivery. You should include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged item so that we can investigate.
